We ensure that your order is delivered under optimal conditions – fresh, secure, and on time. Thanks to an uninterrupted cold chain and personal handover, your caviar will reach you in perfect condition.

Packaging and Transport:

• Fresh products are packed in insulated bags with cooling elements.

• Packaging is done in styrofoam boxes to ensure a constant temperature.

• Delivery notes and accompanying documents are placed in a separate document pouch on the package.

Delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Delivery by Swiss Post (Night Express):

• Delivery times: Tuesday to Saturday, between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

• Shipping costs: CHF 25.- for orders up to 30 kg. Free delivery for orders over CHF 280.-.

• Order deadline: Orders placed by 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Special Notes:

• No deliveries on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays.

• The package must be received personally.
