Siberian Classic is caviar obtained from Siberian sturgeon, a species native to the Siberian river basins from the Ob to the Kolyma, as well as Lake Baikal. This rather small fish weighs between 8 and 40 kg.

This versatile caviar with a distinctive flavor offers a variable grain size between 2.5 mm and 2.9 mm, depending on ripeness. Its color ranges from gray to amber. It pairs perfectly with pasta, potatoes, and other light side dishes. It's best enjoyed on its own, on toast or blinis with sour cream.
Recommended accompaniment: a dry sparkling wine, a mineral white wine, or vodka. This caviar is aged for approximately 6 to 8 years.
